1. Advisory Scope

Study Prime provides educational counseling, university application liaison, documentation guidance, and visa preparation support. While our experienced team boasts a 98% visa approval track record, final admission and visa granting authority rests solely with the respective foreign universities and sovereign immigration departments (e.g. UKVI, IRCC, Australian Department of Home Affairs, US Department of State).

2. Authenticity of Documentation

Students and guardians are strictly obligated to furnish 100% authentic, verified, and unmanipulated academic certificates, bank statements, tax records, and IELTS/PTE scores. Study Prime maintains zero tolerance for fraudulent documentation and reserves the immediate right to terminate representation if forged paperwork is presented.

3. University Tuition & Embassy Fees

All university application fees, tuition deposit payments, embassy visa processing fees, NHS healthcare surcharges, and biometric appointment charges are paid directly by the student/sponsor to the official university portals and government treasury systems. Study Prime does not collect embassy visa fees in private accounts.

4. Timelines & Intakes

Admission intake deadlines and CAS issuance times depend entirely on university processing queues. Students are advised to initiate applications at least 3 to 6 months in advance of their intended departure semester to account for document attestation, medical tests, and visa issuance.
